堂灼菊花火燄斑馬瀨尿蝦

捨棄亳無新意的大班兩味,改點三只來自馬來西亞的斑馬瀨尿蝦,重約兩斤,離水後仍非常生猛,如風火輪的不斷團動。做法相當簡單,燒開水,加進菊花,薑片,蔥斷,再灼熟瀨尿蝦,最後點火澆上玫瑰露。上桌前,經理除去蝦殼,方便客人進食,蝦肉帶著點點菊花和酒香,清甜無比。
